RENTAL FEES
All rentals require a non-refundable retainer to hold the product for your rental date. All rentals are first come first serve. A rental is not considered reserved until your retainer is paid.  Rental reservations made 14 days or more before the rental date require a 50% retainer fee. Any reservation made within 14 days of the rental date must be paid in full at the time of reservation. If you cancel your rental, your retainer is forfeited. The only exception made is that if ProAAL is able to rent the product you had reserved for you reservation date.

RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit (Value of the gear if you were to purchase) is required. Security deposits can be in the form of cash or credit/debit only. No checks will be accepted. No exceptions will be made. If using a credit/debit card, funds must be available and will be held as authorization only. Funds are typically held for 3-5 business days, but the length of hold is dependent on your financial institution. ProAAL has no say in how long the deposit will be held, please contact your bank or card with any questions.  The cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID. No exceptions will be made.

RENTAL PICK UP/RETURN
All rentals must be picked up between 10 am and 5 pm on the day of rental. If the rental is not picked up by 5pm, your rental retainer will be forfeited. When picking up your rental, please give ample time for paperwork and product demonstrations.
